I am dying. Is that grounds for justifiable homicide? Don't these people know I'm on a diet? Have they no courtesy? Don't they realize that their activities should revolve around my dietary restrictions? Popcorn? Couldn't it have been anything else where the smell wouldn't permeate every inch of the office??

And just so you guys know what a tool I am, as if you needed further evidence, before, I almost posted this gem of a new topic:

I deleted it. But then I saw that other poster who posted a pic of herself on the floor in her wedding dress, and I loved it so much, that I figured, I had to show my embarrassment as well.

It doesn't feel as good as I thought it would. And my breath is still @ssy.

This atkins can go blow. It's making my breath stanky. And I'm scared to have gum because I don't want the sugar alcohols. At this point, I don't even go near FH unless he's wearing a helmet with a face guard to block the fumes from my face. So I smell, which repulses me, and I'm drowning in the redolence of popcorn. I am a victim of smellification.

And I'm hungry.

Could it GET worse? If it can, I hope I don't find out.

because stinky breath means you are burning fat, which means you are...(drum roll please) losing weight! so stank on! drink lots of water, you burn fat quicker!

With the @ss breathe it does only get worse..i did atkins too and I stopped cause it gets worse. Bad breath in the low/no-carb sect is often caused by certain chemicals that are released in the breath as the body burns fat. They are called ketones, and entering into a fat-burning state of ketosis is the hallmark of the Atkins diet. So the good news is that if your breath stinks, you're probably doing a good job of sticking to that low-carb diet.
