I am dying. Is that grounds for justifiable homicide? Don't these people know I'm on a diet? Have they no courtesy? Don't they realize that their activities should revolve around my dietary restrictions? Popcorn? Couldn't it have been anything else where the smell wouldn't permeate every inch of the office??

Why does my breath smell like @ss?
I deleted it. But then I saw that other poster who posted a pic of herself on the floor in her wedding dress, and I loved it so much, that I figured, I had to show my embarrassment as well.
It doesn't feel as good as I thought it would. And my breath is still @ssy.
This atkins can go blow. It's making my breath stanky. And I'm scared to have gum because I don't want the sugar alcohols. At this point, I don't even go near FH unless he's wearing a helmet with a face guard to block the fumes from my face. So I smell, which repulses me, and I'm drowning in the redolence of popcorn. I am a victim of smellification.
And I'm hungry.
Could it GET worse? If it can, I hope I don't find out.

oh and girls...: ketosis (pronounced Key-toe-sis) is a by-product of fat metabolism. what this means is that your breath smells bad when you diet because when you break down fats, you produce ketones (key-tones)
your body breaks down most types of fats through a process called ketosis...with the exception of one type of fat, called acetone (yeah, like nail polish remover), and the acetone gets excreted in your pee and your breath because your lungs help you expell toxins too... SO...
i'm a science girl! BUT why did i embark to bore you all? because stinky breath means you are burning fat, which means you are...(drum roll please) losing weight! so stank on! drink lots of water, you burn fat quicker!

Thats grounds for completely leaving the premises for the day.
And the Atkins breath thing....yup, it happens to me too. Plus I get the crazy 'I haven't had a carb' face after like 5 days. Only those who have done it know how to recognize it.
Its not gonna get worse. Your there girl, but you know what? You're on the final few weeks you are gonna be gorgeous no matter what.
You should stick gum on the chair of the popcorn coworker. Serves them right!
