I saw this a couple of years ago at a tattoo convention., and another girl who had barbells going horizontally accross her spine, with one barbell at each vertebrae, so it looked like an abstract skeleton a little. She did say she couldn't wear a bra though

The thing I don't understand is how do you SHOW that?? Even a backless shirt would have straps that would go over the piercings... do you just walk around in a bikini top all the time so people can see your freaky piercings?? And how about when you wear a fitted shirt, you walk around with a lumpy back?? I just wonder if people really think these things through....and if they do, I would like to hear their answers to those questions!!
