Here's what you do:

Step one: Copy the address you want to link
Step two: When you are the Post Topic Reply area, click on Insert Web Link on the left hand side
Step three: a little box will pop where you can name your link. click enter
Step four: another little box will pop up, paste your link, click enter
step five: click post reply

Wa-laaaa - you have a link!
