I really messed up..I went to pay my tuition at school today and found out they dropped my classes and I am set to graduate in May (not anymore though)
I emailed and called the President of the college because noone will help
I feel like such a moron right now I don't know how I could have missed the deadline..BTW the deadline was yesterday

im sorry... was it the first class of the semester? have you been attending the class? i know when they do that they 'drop' you but they usually let you back in as soon as you pay as long as you didn't miss too much It least that's what happened to me. good luck hope everything works out

omg im so sorry, thats terrible! what shcool do you go to? i cant believe they dropped you only after 1 day after the deadline. I went to adelphi and used to pay months after lol and they never did that. did you try contacting the registrar and ask if they can re-register you?

That is awful! I am so sorry Do they have an option where you can be registered but pay a late fee since you missed the deadline? ususally there is an add/drop perios that you can still register. Don't take no for an answer- annoy anyone and everyone until they put you in the classes

Thanks ladies..in past semesters I have not paid until like 3 weeks before classes ended so I don't know..hoping that the President (or at least the secretary) calls me or emails me back.

I dont know where you go but trust me if you are willing to pay for it, keep calling even though the deadline has passed. I dont think any school would pass up $ if you have been going to class and are willing to pay. Please go in person tomorrow and see a Secretary, the Chair, the Dean ANYONE and EVERYONE who will listen to you. Persistance pays off in situations like that-- Tears cant hurt either LOL

this happened to my FH once. He had to personally call and e-mail all of his professors to get on the waiting list for the class. He ended up back in all of his classes!

Ok no one is going to slap you! What the heck school are you going to, that they would turn down money?! That doesnt sound right. Keep calling and show up there personally. Something doesnt sound right. I hope things work out for you.

Hey, I'm catching up on things, so I dunno if there was a follow up post on this, but how did this turn out, what happened? I can't believe 1 day would make or break your graduation! I'd think given it's your last semester they'd be more lenient
