Last night, I was scanning the Together for Life book for Rita. Mind you, this book is like 100 pages. Well I had left my scan open on the computer while his parents came over dinner, and I was going to finish it later..........yea, you know where this is going. His parents leave, he runs into the office and starts playing on the computer. I come in after cleaning up and I'm like 'You didn't close my scan did you??????' He looks up and says 'noooo........' I ask him to minimize his page, and low and behold IT'S GONE!!!!!!!!!!
I'm like WHY WOULD YOU CLOSE AN OPEN PROJECT?????
He tells me because it was slowing things down
And the worst part was, I only had like 5 pages left to scan

This is the reason I am sooo glad FH has an IPhone where he plays all his games on. I would kill him if he did this to me.

Oooh that is so frustrating! You should have made him scan it for you again. FH and I have our own computers to avoid these problems--he prob would have done the same thing!

I did! But he didn't do it the way I wanted it, and I have no idea where he saved it to. So I'm just doing it all again now

no problem - it is not a rush it is only so i can put a reading into my program so whenever you get a chance

Do you need specific readings or all of them? Since they're all bible readings if we just list them on here for you you can google them and print them up. It's easier too because then you can copy and paste into your program template. If Laura doesn't want to finish the scanning and you'd rather do it that way let me know and I can list out the readings and where they come from and you can google and read them that way.
ETA: And Laura, that story is so typical man! I totally would have made him do it over again while I watched lol
