I don't have pictures of mines yet but, it is a plaque that you can use at your wedding (on the cake table or sweetheart table) and it's a keepsake for after the wedding. It usually has your FH's last name, the both of your first names and your wedding date. Some brides jazz it up with a cute quote too!

I changed my wedding date after he created my plaque and he was so understanding and didn't even charge me to make the new plaque!!!
