I bought bouquet charm on etsy. That's my something blue. My new is my dress or my shoes or my jewelry (all new items) and my old will be my change into shoes. I bought these adorable little white sandals last year that I love. I'm still up in the air about the borrowed item because I don't have anything to borrow.
