SOOOO FRUSTRATED WITH LEONARDS!!!!!!!!

Just venting I am trying to set up an appt to meet with the staff of Leonards for my reception I like what Ive seen and it seems impossible to get in contact with someone!!!!!! I keep playing phonetag they call at the most ridiculous times of day and when I call back no one is available and the girl took down my # 3 times and i get no call back. and when i call ALL of the banquet managers are with clients!!!! omg am I over reacting!

i had that same thing with venetian yacht club and it really pissssed me off.

i wouldnt bother with them anymore. If they cant have enough respect to call you back, why would you want to deal with them for your wedding??

If your this stressed w them now, imagine when you hand over a check for thousands of dollars and they dont call you back??

That's so true everything happens for a reason so I am not going to stress it anymore wedding planning is enough stress within itself !

Sorry to hear this, I am a Leonard's bride but they have always returned my phone calls. Did you tell the receptionist about the problem your having??

Yea she just said she will give them the message... how do you like the service at the venue, where the prices reasonable? I'm thinking a Friday night in June 2012

I have no complaints so far . I am doing a Saturday night in April and the price is within my budget.

I too am a Leonard's bride and have not had ANY trouble at all. I am so sorry that you are going thru this.

Honestly I would move on. There are plenty of places on Long Island and if they do not want your money then so be it.

If it was me I would never be able to feel comfortable about dealing with a place that I had to beg to call me back.

Thanks for all of the support ladies! I went to meet with them anyway and thNk goodness I did. They were the cheapest venue we found but the quality of service was not the best. I felt we were being rushed and there were certain things I didn't like . Like we could only come to the venue 1 hr Early n there no groom suites. I ended up booking with Chateau briand. There venue was beautiful and service outstanding.

I crossed any RH that did not respond to phone calls in 48 hours off of my list. (I didn't include holidays and weekends in that 48 hours).

I'd say just move on.

You're paying them to provide a service... always remember that. If you feel like you have to hunt a place down for a call back or response, then you definitely should look elsewhere.

i had the same problem when we were looking for RH but they never even called us back!! my sister in law went down there for me to check it out and they told her they were too busy to even give her some information!! It is a beautiful place but was too much of a headache for us!!

i am so sorry, but it could be that the reason that they aren't calling back that quickly is because your looking for dates in 2012, which doesn't make any of this ok, but i know that some places do that.
i hope they call you back soon if youhad your heart set on them, if not, i'm sure you'll find somewhere else that you will love

This! I know you booked already but that happened to me. I wanted to check out Thatched Cottage so bad!. By time the called me back I already booked at EW!
