Just venting I am trying to set up an appt to meet with the staff of Leonards for my reception I like what Ive seen and it seems impossible to get in contact with someone!!!!!! I keep playing phonetag they call at the most ridiculous times of day and when I call back no one is available and the girl took down my # 3 times and i get no call back. and when i call ALL of the banquet managers are with clients!!!! omg am I over reacting!
Are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!!! It was 10 min after FH and I left WM where they emailed us and thanked us for coming, not to mention our bm sent us a letter in the mail thanking us for coming to look there!!!!!!!!!! That is one of the many reasons we booked with them! For the other halls that we went to and were kept waiting and had bms that were not willing to work with us, they were crossed off the list!
