Sopranos (Don't read if you have not seen it yet!)

Well...I was totally disappointed! I knew that Tony would need to shoot Tony B. I can't believe we need to wait a year plus for the last season!

I completely agree with you...what a waste of a season!

I agree....I don't understand why people think 3 murders in one night makes a 'good' show?

i agree... DH and i both thought the finale was good. And last season was SOOOOO boring... may not have been the best season, but at least better than last year.

um did anyone say 3 murders makes a 'good show?' no! . But come on, this season dragged for so long, setting things up for the finale, which was utterly predictable, in my opinion.

No-one said that , but we all know that would have made for a 'better' show

I liked this season, shows evolve, I think many people missed the intelligence they were subtly adding..( it is HBO remember) while waiting for someone to get 'whacked'

I know that the premise of the show was a mob boss going to the shrink.i guess this season they were trying to get back to the inner turmoil that Tony has being #1. but there have been soooo many storylines left unfinished. seroiusly, what happened to the russian in the forest!!!!!

every season has left many unanswered questions...That is old!

I am sorry but i have to say killings is much more predictable then not killing!

but killing is what made the sopranos Sorry!

I guess that is where we disapree...Killing is what makes a predictable mob story..
Not killing and more inner dynamics is what sets the Sopranos apart from the played out rhetoric, Godfather copy cats

but in the first seasons that is what made the story lines that is why some people liked it and why some people didnt like it. I guess I like the 'typical' mob story.

well we all have our likes and dislikes. i am not saying that i like the violent aspects of the show more than the innuendos, the inner dynamics and the foreshadowing. i just felt like it was a predictible ending to a so-so season. although i will say i thought the feds were really phil and some other guy out on their own. so there, ok, i was suprised at something!

Mike thought they were trying to kill Tony. Like it was John guys, I was like No its the FEDS...,. but then Tony got away.

Phil was looking for him, by coming to his mom's house.

But i guess you just proved the point i was making...They don't want this to be a 'typical mob story'...
We can all go rent the Godfathers if we want to see that!
This is NOT supposed to be the 'typical'!
