Hi ladies! Work was non stop today didnt get a chance to even eat!!Today's question..
Are you having a theme for your wedding?? If so what inspired it? What are you doing to incorporate it? Did you have a theme you wanted to do but didnt go with due to other peoples opinions?
I was heart set on a fall wedding because it was the only theme I liked as much was sand/beach/shells and didnt want to get married in the heat. I havent planned much of the small details yet but I wanted a lot of keaves oranges yellows and browns. As of now thinking dark brown bm dresses with orange/yellow/red flowers also had leaves on ny STD (in my album let me know what you think) and I also found cute invite d on wedding paper divas I will probably use. I havent decided centerpieces/favirs etc im open to ideas of how else to incorporate it. I know its such a cliche theme but im obsessed with the season

No theme, but our color scheme is navy, light grey, and ivory. We also have a bunch of batman touches around the reception.

We don't have a decorating theme, our colors are chocolate brown and pink. We do have a classic rock musical theme going though. It wasn't inspired by anything specific, it just started to unfold that way and we noticed the pattern. Im walking down the aisle to a Queen song! Its very us, we both love the classic rock stuff. :)

Yes! we have a theme of Classical Rome. We are incorporating laurel wreaths, ivy and grape vines into lots of things and my BM dresses are one shoulder with lots of drape. Our colors are crimson and gold.We are not going overboard, no togos or anything, just adding in a touch when it is appropriate. So excited!

We don't have a theme and I didn't even really pick specific colors...I want jewel tones. I don't want everything to be too 'matchy-matchy' but I want it to look cohesive. As I'm doing some legwork getting cardstock for place cards and stuff for table numbers I'm realizing that I'm using peacock colors without a peacock theme. Oh well!

No real theme I just want it to be classy. My florist described my flower and color choices as 'victorian'. I have a lot of light summery colors. I am doing a lot of gold mixed in and my girls are wearing salmon color dresses

My ceremony theme is winter wonderland I guess...with snowflakes and crystals in white and silver..The snowflakes will continue in little touches through CH and reception. Our colors are black, champagne and some hot pink to match our bridal party colors. so those colors will be in reception and stationery

we started with blue & brownand then started seeing a lot of love birds in this color scheme, which we liked a lot too as we had a 'yellow bird' line in a song that was always our 'thing'
so we put it together :)

We're doing a fall theme too! My girls are wearing yellow and burgundy, and the guys are wearing burnt orange. We'll have fall leaves on the tables, and the centerpieces will be fall flowers and colors. Need to come up with more fall ideas.
