Does anyone use a sound machine -- one of those things that makes white noise or makes nature sounds... to help you sleep?
If so, do you recommend the unit you have?

Yes, I do. It's actually the White Noise sound machine app on my iPhone. If you have an iPhone or iPod Touch save yourself some $$$ and download the app. It's amazing - exactly like a sound machine

I use one that I bought through work. It's not the prettiest looking thing, but does the job when the crackheads that live upstairs decide to stay up all night and I need to sleep.
i bought for FH for our first vday together...he never used it and we sold it at a garage sale. he said it made him have to go to the bathroom with all the running water sounds lol
