I'm trying to get all the resources i can from 3,000 miles away (in CA) .. do you have any tips for a south asian wedding (in terms of vendors, resources, etc.)
we're having a sikh wedding in cali, and a reception in long island the week after.

Since you're ceremony is in CA, what exactly are you looking for in LI? Are you looking for a hall that specializes in SA weddings and food? You can forum mail me and I'll try to help.

hey girls .. we're looking for just about everything that has to do with the reception (well except for the actual hall) ... flowers, photographers, indian hair/makeup places, etc.

oh and our wedding is july 5, 2003 .. and the reception in long island is on the 12th
