Spanish Rice Recipies...

I went to a birthday party on Saturday and one of the ladies that came made spanish rice (she is from puerto rico) It was soooooooooooooooo good ...would anyone by any chance have any good recipies on how to make that?

I was going to ask her but then I forgot.

its like a tomato paste but with alot of seasonings.

Thanks for the pictures...so I have an idea what they look like.

Also can I add in anything else like spanish olives? It didn't say it on the recipe so I was wondering if I could add it in anyways.

my husbands grandmother puts in the spanish olives. I love them I pick them out of the rice since they are so yummy.
