are these nice enough for a Formal wedding?? i want to keep the 'beach theme' and not spend a fortune

NOOOO WAY!!! i wishi could... but i wont have the time with school.. im doing so many other DIY stuff.. thats one thing im willing to pay for... but not 5 bucks a pop!
