Speaking of wedding gowns.....
I put a deposit down on mine!!! I am very excited and can't wait till I 'visit' it again!!! It is a pretty funny story how I found it. I had been looking in Kleinfeld and had no luck so I went across the street to Sposabella's which is mainly a headpiece and tiara place. I walk in and see a beautiful dress tried it on and realized it wasn't for me. I continue to try on dresses and nothing worked. As I am trying on dresses I see a BEAUTIFUL strapless on a manequin behind me. I say to myself, 'How beautiful! Too bad I can't carry it off!!' I continue trying on dresses and finally I say to myself, 'Hey, what can't I carry this off?' I try it own and fell in love! The dress is hard to describe, it is an A line dress by YSA MAKINO. I am trying to find a pic of the dress but this designer is so rare!! I found one pic; a tiny picture that did the dress no justice!!
I had to share this story because it was so interesting how everything worked out!!! My advice for ladies still looking is NEVER underestimate yourself; you will be beautiful no matter what! If the dress looks beautiful in your eyes it more than likely will be beautiful on you!! Also, don't be afraid to mix it up and try different styles. The dress I chose will give me a totally different look than I had previously envisioned and that is okay!! Anyway, thanks for letting me share the excitement!!!
