I need to replace a ton of window treatments and was thinking of ordering them from BTG, but wanted to know if anyone had any sort of experience with them.
My parents have and never ended actually getting their blinds from them. First they were the wrong blinds, then when they reordered it, they were the wrong measurements (that happened twice), finally my dad went in to get his money back, the Mgr. gave him a hard time. Finally my parents got their verticles from Home Depot. this is the one in Levittown, FYI.
We just bought some custom pleats for our living room window. We had no problems-salespeople were fine, delivery came in correct and on time. The prices for our blinds were better than at Home Depot, JC Penneys, Lowes.
We used them for all of our blinds and had no problems.
