Sperm morphology

I feel bad airing our dirty laundry on here..but I am hoping that someone has come across this and can share tehir experience with me. My husbands semen analysis came back yesterday that he low sperm morphology, its at 1% and they like it to be at 4 or 5%. Our nurse mentioned IVF, but our insurance doesnt cover that..so I am hoping I have more options. I will meet with my DR.. on monday and see what he says..but meanhwile Im going crazy with stress.
My sister had been through this only her Dr. had her husband restested a month later and then everything was fine..but my sis cant remember if her husbands first test was as low as my husbands. So my question is this...has anyone else experienced this? If you feel more comfortable FMing me..please do it. Is there anything he can take to fix this? I read about some stuff online but dont know the validity of it. Thanks in advance!!!

I don't know if you came across this from ivillage but it seems like there is a chance the numbers can go up due to antioxidants

We were told to retest in 3 months,
bc sometimes a cold (being sick) or other factors can cause problems,

we havent gone back for the 2nd test yet.

Thanks so much. Im glad to know there is hope. I only have to wait until Monday to find out my options...its just seems so far away right now!!!

Also I've seen and heard of people using FertilityBlend for men (sold here and elsewhere), but don't know first-hand of any results.
