So fh's friend at work says to me 'did he tell you about the bbq I'm having 6/9, he said you guys can't go cause you have a bridal shower or something the next day' duhhh.... I mean I knew I was going to find out somehow (my sister (moh) will be coming from MN), but I told fh to give me a hint so I could look nice, something like 'honey I think you should wear this dress today.' Guys have no clue sometimes.

my mom and MOH did the same thing... told me about a 'family brunch' we are having in july, which just happens to be the one - and only - time my sister will be here before the wedding (she lives in CA)...
