Do you know / think either of your parents ever cheated on eachother?

nope, not to my knowledge at least. they were married 30 years. my dad was actually buried on my parents 31st wedding anniversary.

A couple of years ago, my Dad's friend starting cheating on his wife.

He went to my Dad to confide in him. . and my Dad came home and was talking to me about it. . his response was 'How could anyone ever do that? Your mother is my best friend, the thought of it just seems so wrong. I don't know what is wrong with 'John' that he could do that to the person he promised to respect forever'

It was actually really sweet - before that my answer would have been 'I don't think they ever did' but now I can say that I know my parents have never cheated. They really are just so happy together. . .

As for me - I highly doubt it. My dad is very quiet, I don't know if he would know where to start And my mom, no way.

My dad cheated on my mom after almost 20 years of marriage. He met a woman online and went to see her in Minnesota during my prom. He lied to me and my mom and said he was visiting his father who lives in Florida.

It broke my heart and my moms heart. Plus my sister was only 13 and my brother only 8.

They divorced shortly after this episode and my dad married the home wrecker. I stayed in contact for a few years but it was just too weird and now I have no contact with him at all. He was not invited to my wedding.

But my step dad is great!

my father was the biggest cheater that ever walked Jerk. (parents are now divorced - thank god)

and now recently FH's father can be added to the cheating category

my real answer is that NEITHER have cheated....but i voted for the swingers just because no one else did and I thought it would be interesting....anndddd i'm sure someones parents are swingers on here and don't know it, so I figured i'd try to even it out lol
