Just curious- How many of you are having different dresses for the bridesmaids? I just looked at an album that was posted on the last thread with all different BM dresses and it looks great.

That was my plan but I couldn't find dif dresses that I liked that worked well together so only my MOH has a dif dress....I kind of wish that I stuck to my origal idea though.

oh and i loved that they all picked something with ruching!!! it sooooooooo goes with my gown.lol
i did have them all try on one dress just to see if it could work. turns out it didnt!!! and you could see it in their faces that they werent happy. i did get the' its your day i will wear whatever you say' crap!!! lol
in the end i got my way and my way was to want them happy

I have 6 girls and they range from size 2-22 so I wanted them in dif dresses but when I let them pick they were picking some simple looking stuff that was not working for me so I picked what I thought would work for all of them. If I had a smaller party it would have been much easier.

I originally planned to let the girls pick their own dresses but they all ended up picking the same exact dress. So the BM's will be in the same dress and my 2 MOH's will be in completely different dresses.

Thats my plan! But some of my bridesmaids want everyone to wear the same dress! I would LOVE to pick out my own BM dress! I told them that I didn't care as long as they were all navy, came from the same store, were floor length and satin. My BM's all all different heights, sizes and body types, so it makes more sense to let them do their own!

All of my BM dresses are different styles. They are all of the same fabric and color, but they have the option of choosing from 5 different styles. I also have BMs that are extremely different sizes and I didn't think one dress would work for everyone.
