Spin-off- what is your FH giving up to marry YOU!

it seems like too many of us have changed our lives for our FH- or Hubby

pets, shopping- going out to dinner

so what has he given up?

Jake has given up the ability to make up his own mind

the ability to take care of himself- laundry, Dry cleaning,

being a bouncer on the weekends- he really likes doing it- most of his freinds still do it- I actually agreed this weekend that he could bounce every once in a while- as long as I am taken out on a fab date the next night

DH gave up hanging out with his friends all the time.

um - his mommy doing his laundry. Now I get to do it

good cooking - - his mom is a much better cook than I am! Poor FH

I can't think of anything that DH gave up... I feel that is a good thing. We lived together so not much has changed there. Although when we first started dating he spent all his free time at the bar and he no longer does that now!

his Apartment! Moved back home for a year or longer! We're almost done!

his space - i took over all the drawer space and most of the closet - he is now going to be living in a purple bedroom (he is such a good sport) and an apartment where every room is a different bright color and there are heart handles on our kitchen cabinets

He's in law school so he already has no free time - he's lost the ability to just make plans, though. He must consult me on all of that.

But he's GAINED an awful lot in getting married!

I wouldnt want him to give things up I fell in love with him as he is now. I wouldnt put demands on him to try to make him something he isnt, and I wouldnt want him to do that to me either
