Yeah just water, no soap nothing. He said thats the best way and all the other stuff makes you perspire or infections

Mine actually yelled at me.. she said that our organs are like self clean ovens and should be left alone. We shouldn't mess with nature.. =)

I have heard this before but have trouble adhering.
My main problem is - how do you get the water in there? I dont have a firehose in my bathtub! Should i use a turkey baster?
