Spinoff- BBQ favorites

tis the season for BBQ's and there seem to be a few bbq e-parties coming up (hmpena, shorty mcbride, I think marymoom, and my own!)

I was just curious- what are some of your all-time bbq favorites...and what would you like on the menu of a bbq e-party?

I'm a vegetarian, so I'm not a BBQ e-party gal.. ;-D

but at BBQs I like veggie dogs and corn on the cob. I also like the saladscole slaw, potato salad and macaroni salad. YUM

I love grilled zuccini (marinaded),
grilled garlic bread (I have this great receipe and it is such a hit)

and hot dogs...

some of my favorite bbq'd foods are vegan....portobella mushrooms, zucchini, plaintains, peppers, pineapple (awesome with teriyaki veggies shish kebob)....veggie burgers yummy with chese, pickles, bbq sauce on a toasted bun

THAT'S what I'm talking about!

are you a total vegan? do you eat fish/dairy?

Oh this is a great question....I love the All American foods like hamburgers and hotdogs (with sauerkraut of course)...but I love Bratwurst (German sausages), German potato salad, coleslaw, steak, marinated skewers of chicken, mushrooms, peppers, etc. Yum yum. Now I'm ready for a barbecue!!
