As I was looking at Mishy's sonogram and I remember seeing Dani's last week, I was just wondering, what was the moment like for you and your husband when you both first saw your little peanut or jellybean or whatever you call it. It must be so special. Did anyone's hubby cry?? Did you cry??? Please share here with us. I am looking forward to that moment when Roger and I see the baby for the first time, when my time comes.

I remember I went for my first one alone and just saw the heartbeat and I started tearing up on the exam table. At my last one, DH came with me and he was just in complete awe-he couldn't beleive there was a little life inside of me-I think I saw tears in his eyes too

We didn't cry but our smiles couldn't get any bigger. Then I had to relax while the sonogram woman continued taking the measurements and all while DH watched the entire time. He then started asking lots of questions, seemed like an overprotective dad already, making sure his little jellybean was ok. He was too cute!

My first sono I went w/ my father b/c DH had to work, but he kept looking at the picture when I got home and seemed pretty amazed --when I went to take the pic away from him he took them to look at them again, hopefully he can go to the next one.
My dad was really amazed though, he looked so happy and was like, 'wow, they didnt have anything like this for you and your sister' then we went to dinner and he kept saying how he was the 'first' person to 'See' the baby lol
I was teary eyed in the dr. office and when I got home again b/c it was like a realty check, you really realize how real it is you have this little baby growing inside you

The first sonogram I was only like 7 or 9 weeks along so the baby looked like a little peanut with a heartbeat. We were still in shock that we were expecting a baby even though I took 3 HPTs and we wanted to be. We were just so happy. We didn't cry though but you couldn't wipe the smile from our faces.

We didn't cry, but we were overjoyed. WE held each others hands as we looked at our creation in amazement. We couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was.

Silly me I didn't realize it was about our first sono moment. My husband and I suddenly became quiet and held hands. I remember he squeezed my hand and looked at me with pride. It was a very special moment. We loved seeing the heartbeat.

Our moment was very special. We found out on our five year wedding anniversary. My husband had decided to surprise me by taking the day off and planning a day trip out to Montauk. He had made up a CD with all our favorite songs the first one being our wedding song. He had it ready to go in our car when I got in. I had no idea he was planning this so I had planned to run to the drug store to buy a HPT because I was one day late and I am never late. When he woke me up for my surprise that morning, I told him first we had to run to CVS. We did, came home and took the test. I left the bathroom because I couldn't stare at the stick for three minutes. My hubby left with me but went back in before me and said,' Uh, Deb... come here quick!' I did and to our great pleasure we read the words pregnant on the digital home pregnancy test. So, actually my hubby new before me. The day was so incredible. We were so happy. We had such a great day. I have a very special hubby. That day was just as great as our wedding day.
