spinoff from pill question: When did you...?

Since I'd like to TTC next year, how long (if you were on the pill) stopped taking the pill when you wanted to TTC?

My Dr. told me just a few months before I want to try. Is this ok or should I stop a year before?

I went off in October, started trying in December, got pregnant in December

I just stopped taking the Pill in December and we are trying now. Keeping my fingers crossed for a baby in 2004!!!!!

I plan on stopping a month or two before I start TTC. Not until the end of this year/early next year.
