A 2011 bride was asking if it's too early to book a makeup artists for her Oct. 2011 wedding. She wanted to call and book next month. I don't see a problem with it as long as the makeup artist can book something that far in advance.
Someone, who shall remain nameless, but is looking to start some said it's too early to start planning a 2011 wedding.
I totally disagree. IMO, if you start early, you have an EXCELLENT chance of getting everything you want.
This is my question:
What was the first thing you ladies booked for your 2010 wedding and when did you book it?

First thing I did was book the RH. We got engaged New Years after the ball dropped and we booked the RH about 3 weeks later. After that I think was my DJ. I'm getting married Sept 2010 and I booked my make up aritst in June 2009.

I order my dress first Aug. 1,2008 4 weeks after getting engaged ( I had been planning on it for awhile and knew what I wanted ) I then Booked the RH and chruch in Dec 2008!
