YES GOOD IDEA!!! i was trying to post houses i can actually go look at, i see ppl posting 6 million, 20 million dollar homes and im like ok i wont be looking at those lol

Im being realistic, if I win the lotto tomm Im going for this one. Forget 5th ave, ct, jersey, this is the one I want. The outside and bec its on the water looks like my house in Greece
I'm obsessed with antique houses/older houses. When I say that to FH his immediate reaction is - 'cockroaches and massive repairs.'

yeah i told FH lets just look in douglaston, you never know and looking at the listings some of them weren't bad, they went down in price
Yeah depending on the condition of the house you can always negotiate the price or you can put your offer down , you never know you can get it at a even better price

no it has nothing to do with the neighborhood itself as far as quiet or anything...he had ALOOOOOOOT of problems with ppl from whitestone and i mean ALOT so thats why, he hates them
