well its definately a buyers market right now! so we all definately have an advantage!

our real estate agent keeps telling us that but for some reason in the areas we are looking at and our price range, the houses get snatched in 1 week!!!! We made an appointment last Monday to see a house in Great Neck on Saturday and it was under contract by the time we even went to see it....same thing with another house in GN andddd we lost a decent bid on a Manhasset home. People are still paying a lot of $$$$$$ for location
