However, FH wants to stay in NY and we like east meadow. In that case, this is realistic (and over $100,000 more than the houses in NC). NY real estate is so unfair!
You don't know the kind of work that needs to be done lol. It is a 2 bedroom condo, so maybe it is listed right.
surprising bc condos in forest hills are more but yeah probably real real bad condition but hmmmm i dont mind a fixer upper, maybe i should walk by one day since i live here lol you never know hahahaha

I love Brightwaters! BUT, you'd have to send your kids to private school IMO, Bay Shore SD isn't the greatest.

i know its decorated beautifully...you know when you're on austin street and right by the LIRR it turns into cobblestone street well if you keep going straight theres an entrance and thats probably where this house is, for blocks and blocks past that its all houses like this and theyre stunning
