spinoff to down payment question, how much is your mortgage and takes per month.

mine is 1100, 400 for my mortgage and 708 for my common charges( which include taxes and heat)

our mortgage payment, which includes our taxes and insurance, is ~$2950/month.

Taxes for the year are $7000 (after star), so I guess ~$600 of the payment is tax.

Our mortgage is about $1300.
We pay the taxes and insurance ourselves and that is about $4500 for taxes and $700 for insurance per year.

We pay $2890 for mortgage, taxes and Homeowners Insurance. Our taxes are $8000 a year.

Just about $2800 - that includes about $10K in taxes. We pay homeonwers on the side and that's about $600/year.

$2115 for mortgage, taxes and insurance.

Taxes are about 5400 per year.

it all depends on 1 - whats your taxes are and if you pay them through an escrow account and 2 - how much your mortgage is.

for every $100K borrowed at the rates these days, expect the mortgage to be about $600 a month.

if you only borrowed $100K and dont pay taxes through escrow, then your monthly payment would be $600.

if you borrowed $200K, it would be $1200.
