I'm just curious to see what people say.

I know many of us are on a budget...

I'm definitely content with my wedding as is...but if I had more money to spend on my wedding, would I.....?

just wanted to add something. I wouldn't change things i already have, infact even with unlimited money i'd still use same photographer, videographer, hair and make up person, and so on. Also i know some ppl think that those of us who get a dj only do so bc we cant afford a band but not true for all. I didnt want a band, if i wanted one then i wouldve hired one, dj is what i wanted and what i would have no matter what. So not that i wouldnt keep what i have or not keep the vendors, just would add other things. For example a huge place that is an empty palette that i can do whatever with, a separate room just for a lounge with all lounge furniture. I would pay for bm dresses, transportation for everybody, pay for gm tuxes and things like that and probably spend alot on favors.

So just bc you would spend more, doesnt mean you dont like what youre doing bc id keep my things as is, but spend on other things

Same here, I would def. have paid for my BM's and added to what I am doing, but I would not change venue, photog ect
** except the DJ part, I have a band who I LOVE and would still use them now , but I would have an afterhours with a DJ

Sure!

1. I would pay for all my bm's stuff - nails, hair, makeup, dresses, over the top gifts, etc.

2. I would have added a bit more flowers - not a ton, though.

3. I would have a raw bar at cocktail hour

4. I would go on a dreamy two week honeymoon

5. I would take the whole week off before the wedding and two weeks off after to relax!

But I love my wedding as it is. I know it is going to be really, really beautiful and perfect for us!

I am beyond happy with my wedding. I would spend more (I'd switch from a Fri to a Sat night).

My grandmother tells me about her wedding day. STILL. She tells me how she had to open up envelopes and run across the street to buy booze b/c my grandfather's side of the family were crazy Russian drinkers.

She's 85 yrs old.

I'm going to be remembering my wedding day till I die and I sure as hell am NOT going to look back on it and say that it wasn't important enough to spend some money on. Would I put myself in the poor house to do that? NO.

I would definitely spend more, theres always little things here and there.

Yes I would spend more on the Centerpeices and get the photobooth that I am coventing. Maybe even a performer..

I wouldn't spend a dime more..we were able to buy the best thing since we got engaged...the house!

Actually I take that back. I wouldn't make any changes to the wedding whatsoever. I love everything we're doing now. What I would do is pay for all my BMs dresses, hair and makeup though.

no I amm happy with what I have accomplish I would rather put the amount I am spending now on a house or something else

honestly the only thing i would of added was another entre of bangers and mash and i would of added a choco fountain.

i def would if i could!!!! id get better flowers, a photobooth, and pay for my girls dresses and hair/makeup and go on the amazing honeymoon that i really want to go on
