Would you go through with your wedding if you found out FH was shamelessly cheating on you...repeatedly..with a close friend (like your MOH) just to get revenge by embarassing him at your actual wedding??? As sick and sinister as it may sound, i'm not too sure I wouldn't do something like this if I were to find something like that out... (we need a devils horns emoticon!)

i would not be able to go through a whole charade of getting married, especially exchanging vows that I hold sacred with someone who cheated on me.
Family and friends would be getting something in the mail explaining exactly why the wedding isnt going to happen though.

i don't think i would go to that point....i thnk i would definatley do smething with the pictures....maybe when I send out the cancel letter I would print it on the back of a picture of the two of them to his side of the family....i woudn't send it to my own family....i would be embarressed enough as it is and don't need anything sneaking up for my grand kids to see one day.

There is a true story to this that I read once but it was the other way around. This guy was getting married to his dear FW. Her parents were paying for the entire wedding. 1 month before the wedding, FH found out his to be wife was sleeping with the Best Man (his brother). Of course the FH was upset but I think he wanted revenge in the best way ever. He went along with the wedding, and on the day of the wedding has a big surprise for everyone.
He did get married and during his toast on behalf of him and his DW, told everyone: ' I would like to thank everyone for coming and thank my in laws for a wonderful wedding and that there was a gift under everyone's seat.
Everyone looked under there seat and pulled out................... a picture of his new wife and best man in bed doin you know what.![]()

I dont know if I would go through with the marriage or not. All that money spent gone to waste and all that embrassment to face. I think I would do like JAck above and get revenge big time. Take all his money while I can and then divorce his ***.![]()

yea actually that's what diane posted that made gina start this thread. I think the story is a myth, a funnny myth though

I'm kind of slow. Sorry didnt see that tread. I hope it's only a myth because I would be soo devasted if I was at a wedding and that happened.

I looked it up on snopes.com and apparently there are a few different versions of the story and everything. It's actually a little bit of a relief to find out it's a myth!
NOPE!! too embaressing for me!
no way, i would never be able to pretend everything was fine. You'd probably see the smoke coming out of my ears.
