I used the old 39 and 63 cent wedding stamps - i sealed everything before i was told about the new stamps so if my guests have to shell out 2 or 4 cents oh well!

Well hopfully most of your guest will RSVP before May 14th..so they dont get hit wth the 2 cent increase...

I hope so- but you know what in all honesty dont loose sleep over this- your guest are smart enough to figure out what happened I and you know what maybe this will be an incentive for them to RSVP faster so i can get my seating chart ready!! yea rightttt wishful thinking!!!

I actually just stamped and stuffed mine this weekend and we did the 39 cent and the 2 cent on the small response cards. Does it look good - NO! but we have no choice, what a shame.

Re: SPINOFF to July invites- Which stamp are you using?
I'm using the regular wedding 63 cent stamps since I'm mailing out my invites before the May 14th cutoff. For my response cards, I'm using the purple wedding 39 cent stamps with a 3 cent stamp. I know the price is only going up by 2 cents, but I liked the 3 cent stamp better for a wedding invitation. Pic below

I did the same thing - I used the 3 cent for my RSVP envelopes. I wasn't crazy about the icture on the 2 cent stamp.

What is the 63 cent wedding stamp? Is that a fixed price for wedding stamps? Sorry I just started to look into stamps but I am mailing them out after May 14th, so I need the new rates. Thanks for your help.

You should package ur invite and go get it weighed....I just packaged one invite and went to the post office to see how much I should put for postage and the worker told me a 39 cent stamp would do...
but no, there is no set price for 'wedding stamps' the 63 cent stamp is for heavy mail..thats all.
