The new wedding stamps don't come out until June 27th!!
So I will have to pay the 63 cents instead of the the 58 cents!! and I am not sure what I will do for the 41 cent stamps!!
Zazzle.com is so expensive!

Ok- So this is something that has been driving me crazy and this is what I decided-
I am using the 63 cent wedding stamp for the invite and I am purchasing the 41 cent forever stamp for the response
SInce I have to buy the 39 cent wedding stamp with the 63 I will just save them and add the 2 cent stamp when I need to send out bills or something
I know it sounds stupid, but I dont want/like the look of the 2 different stamps on the response

When is that forever stamp coming out? If not I will just send 39 cent stamp with 2 cent stamp. On actual invite haven't thought of that yet.

The forever stamp is available now along with a .41 cent american flag stamp. According to my post office the new weding stamp should be out May 1st. Oh also I dont know if its been said but while 1 oz postage is going up to 41 cents the 2 oz mail rate(the current 63 cent stamp) is actually going down to .58 cents

I actually just stamped and stuffed mine this weekend and we did the 39 cent and the 2 cent on the small response cards. Does it look good - NO! but we have no choice, what a shame.
this is what we're doing also..... we did the 'wedding stamps' set.... (with the green and purple) and are adding two cents to the response card.

JUNE 27TH!!!!!! that stinks!!! I guess I'll wait until then to send my invites, I really wanted to send them by the 3rd week of June.....but I guess I'll wait the extra week!! do you think that's still a good amount of time if I put my RSVP as August 4th??

Yes i think you should be fine if you mail them out right away. I have the worst time. I am getting married 9/2 but its labor day weekend so I defiantely wanted them to go out a little earlier than usual.
I am so upset about these stamps. I dont understand if they know the rates are going up may 14th, y cant they have the wedding stmaps ready!!! Dont they know we are getting married!!!!!!!!!!!! and need pretty stamps!!!

We are thinking about using personalized stamps. We just ordered 20 of them to see how they come out because they are pretty expensive. Then we will decide.
