How much is your wedding costing?

Right now its hard to say because I am still planning, I picked $30,000-40,000 in the poll.

I know, one of my older brothers spent somewhere in $50,000 and one of my sisters spent $45,000. I haven't figure out yet how many people are coming to the wedding.

We're spending an insane amount, and we're not even having a huge fancy shmancy wedding. I mean just the volume of people and the dya of the week make it hard to keep it below a certain amount.

I am using some of the same vendors as one of my sisters', I told them only what I could afford. They were happy to do business. I did cut cost in some ways, I am not having flowers at the church, I could only afford $2500 tops on a photographer, I didn't upgrade at all, I looked for cheaper invites and std's because people throw them out. I priced around for FH and I cruise.

I had to sign away my first born for this wedding..

I maybe in the low 40K range with HM included. Trying to cut down somewhere, but you might find me on the corner soon.

right now the last calculation that we did put us at around $65k... that was not including the HM tho!

I love this thread... because it doesnt make me feel so bad for what I am spending since there are others like me. I question myself sometimes , like damn this money could go to a house. But me and FH are going to save exactly the same way we did for the wedding for the house.
