How much is your wedding costing?

We are the lucky ones that are having a dream (or at least my dream) wedding for 6-8K.
We are having it out of state and invting 50 people but only really expect 30 to come.

Approximately $20.5K with 150 guests - not including the Honeymoon.

I included HM in my vote b/c I was falling on the border, but the HM pushed me firmly into one bracket.

wow i'm surprised by the amount of $50K+ brides! i guess i can't complain about my 20K or so wedding.

one thing i know---we all are HOPING & PRAYING that this is the 1 and only wedding we have!!

About 12,000 including everything. Parents are paying for half of that too, so it will only cost us about 6,000.

I don't like to think about it but we are spending over $50k!!!!! Luckily that amount is split among my parents, his parents and FH and I.....

And we are paying for it on our own with no help from parents.

I would have run away and eloped - FH said I deserved a big special day...it was my turn as he kept telling me. He is really footing most of the bill.

Our budget was $40k, which our parents split. We spent about $37k, but that didn't include invitations, my dress and accessories, bridal party gifts, favors, day of hair and makeup, HM (we picked up those costs)
