Spinoff to your name

Did your parents have something else they wanted to name you?

My name is Vanessa but my mom said she thought about naming me Brandy. Although it's not a bad name, I just can't picture my name being Brandy...reminds me of Moesha or something...lol

I think Victoria was also in the running for my name, but Gabrielle won out. No one realy , still to this day, has my name so its nice to stand out like that.

I was going to be named Renee..

Thank god my mother decided to change it last minute when she found out it can be a mans name as well

my name is Christine & the other choices were Elizabeth, Nina, Victoria, & Babet.. i have no idea where Babet came from.

lmaoo, Babet is pretty awful! Maybe it was the middle name of a 3rd cousin twice removed or something..lol

i have no idea. when my brother needed the book of baby names my mom got the book out & we saw it written in there. she told me it was one of the choices for me name. my sister proceeded to call me Babet for a year after that. i was ready to hurt someone.

Alanna or Monique was the other choice. I like both

my parents were creative in 1979 with their names for me lol. The 3 weren't/aren't common

Hey...my middle name is Renee and I love it!!!! More unique than the typical Marie...Ann...Lynn...

I am Katherine, after my great-grandmother, but was going to be Jillian or Andrew (if a boy--obv).

Hey that's my name. I changed the spelling on it in the 3rd grade because some people can't pronone it. My mother had my name first I thinking her first would be a girl, but had boys. In the end when I went to college I was called by my last name Arthur, at all my jobs Arthur. So I anser to Arthur before Renay. I just make a hot, sexy french man who looks like a woman.

But she was planning on naming me Michael or Kevin or Kyle if I was a boy.

My name is actually Theresa, but i hardly ever go by that, my mom wanted to name me Ashley, but my grandmother told her to name Theresa and grandma won

If i would have been a boy my name would have been Harley Davidson

Thanks, which my mother had to learn when I change it. I am very unusual. Listen, I'm not mad, my other personality I do at like a man. Never know which one you will meet. Which Charlie found out the hard way. I wanted my wedding to be Ray & Charles and do theme of Ray Charles which is a black and white. I am still fightinh for it. Today is Friday, save the drama for Monday when we all have to go back to work.

i think that is also great. Black and white weddings are great. I went to a b&w and the bride put on the invitations black & white only. it was great.
