So as part of FH gift i wanted to have his favorite hockey teams mascout be part of our recepetion. I was wondering how long do you think i should book him 1 or 2 hours? I'm tossed i feel like 1 hour will fly, and i was thinking of doing a small intro like us dancing to a song i pick to him and them cut it short and had the Teams theme song play and them have mascout come running out and playing a few min game against FH, and take pic's with us and our guest. Im not sure if we can do all this in 1 hour but i also hate to pay for 2 and it takes over the reception, plus it will add up to a lot of money and i wanted to get him a little keep sake gift like a movado watch and them this will be very expensive. Do you girls think RH will chargee me for having the mascout there to eat, cause if i have for 1 or 2 hours he prob isn't eat??? What does everyone think,? thanks so much!

I think you should have it for one hour. Other than what you said you wanted him for (like, his entrance) what else will he be doing? Plus, like you said, you don't want it taking away from you reception. I think two hours is way too long.

1 hour seems like enough. You don't want the mascot detracting from you and FH.

i've seen it done and it's normally less then that. Mr. Met was at an event i did in the past.
2 hours is to much imo.

An hour is fine. I hired Mr. Met for FH's 30th....we had a blast but around the 45 min mark, we all had hugged him, taken photos and even danced with him. We were pretty much done at that point.
