Do people not understand the point of rsvp?! haha
My brother had 11 people say 'yes' and not show up. They paid over $1,000 for empty seats. I refuse to do that.
OMG really?? If people do that to me I will lose my mind!! Baring some kind of last minute emergency if you say yes, you better be there or feel my wrath!!
LMAO

Stalking the mailbox
My RSVP date is this Saturday and we are still missing over 50 responses!! I don't get why its so hard for people to just check yes or no and put it in a mailbox lol.I totally agree about 'no shows' that is rudest thing ever.

My rsvp return date is Thursday and i only have about 30 percent back! Even people i know are coming like bridal party have not sent them back... Its very frustrating and alot of calls are going to have to be made
yupppp! Ours are due by 1/20 and we are waiting on ALOT-bridal party as well. My brother spoke to one guest yesterday who said 'I don't know. I'll try to make it' Do people not understand the point of rsvp?! haha

OMG- is anyone planning on 'lowballing' the number when giving it to the Venue or would this mess up table set ups?
i've heard almost everyone i know had 5-10 missing people! sickness or lame excuses, either way a grand is a grand!!! $$$

Hmmmm is lowballing possible?? This conversation is making me nervous now.... Maybe my DOC or BM can do the final headcount day of to see who actually shows up and pay based off that amount?

I really dont think we are going to hit our minimum so I'm not concerned. I am projecting we have about 160 out of 175. I am going to see if they will through in the lobster cocktail as a consolation.

I guess you could definitely low ball but, they put out the table settings in advance so if extra people show up they will have to put out a setting for them which might be slightly offensive if they already RSVP'd to you on time.

Why does my bridal party feel the need not to RSVP? I still need the number and I put a darn stamp on it. Stop wasting my $ and send it back. It takes two seconds!Welcome New Vendors
