You should do it! we could have a posting every day/week kind of like the countdowns, but saying who was able to stick to their points for the week, and how much we lost.... We already support each other about wedding related stuff!

did you join at a branch or online?

I actually don't go to meetings... a friend of mine does, and has for a long time, but i dont have the time to. i just follow the system and keep my logs of stuff (didn't go over on points today and was not at all hungry, in fact i felt like i ate more than usual!). She brings home any special tips or anything she learns at the meetings. we have actually been kind of helping each other for a while like this, and i was just counting calories, which worked for a while, but not so much anymore... she just last week had a realization thatshe needed to get back on track and i have been meaning to, so now we are doing this together. (with the exception of the meeting part) I hope it works....

I like the Flex plan the best.. I lost 30 pounds and have kept it off for over 3 years.
You have to realize that what you are doing is not temporary that your eating habits and how you look at food now is going to change forever..
Remeber to add exercise to your diet.. if anything this will help you keep off the weight and maintain it for a long time.

i've lost 45 pounds. And it's never too late to join, even if you are getting married soon. If you are getting married in May you could definitely drop a few pounds (or at least tone up some by then). At regarding the dress, that's what fittings and alterations are for.

I've been on the plan on and off for, gosh, 10+ years. When I first joined in highschool, I lost 20. I've gone off plan many times, and end up coming back to lose 10 or so. If I didn't keep 'points' in the back of my head, I'm sure i could gain a lot more. I'm a lifetime member now, meaning I've made goal and kept it off. I'm up 5-7 lbs right now so I'm going to start going to meetings faithfully again.

It really is a great plan b/c unlike a lot others you can eat in the real world. You don't have to give any food group up or swear off sweets--just eat less of it. And the points make it easier to keep track.

I did WW 5 years ago and lost 30 pounds. The good new is that I never gained it back. I felt that unlike other diets, WW is not a diet it really is the correct way to eat. I learned some life long eating habits through WW.

That's exactly why I like this one!

I've lost 12 pounds so far. WW is really easy to follow and it works!! Good luck.

Awesome!

My biggest problem is that I sit at a desk all day at work, and have no space to work out at home, as well as very little time (and no $ to spend on a gym)... so I am hoping that this works out well for me...

It def. works if you stick to the plan, as far as working out, Spring is coming and you can walk or run outside! If you are saying 'I'm not a runner!' Well that used to be me too, in fact I was told not to run because I have knee issues. Now I have enough muscle in my legs that I can run. I'm not a marathon runner or anything but I can finish a 5K. Give it atry you might just end up loving it like I did. Good Luck with your plan.

I'm doing it too although I haven't been as committed as I should be. I just recently switched to core which I swore I would never do and I'm finding it to be much easier than the flex. I pretty much feel full all the time. I've been losing weight quicker also.
