Sagamore in Syosset is also excellent (same owner as burton and doyle and blackstone) Very cool atmosphere there..

Ruth's Chris is excellent. There is one right next to Roosevelt Field Mall and you can make reservations online.

My recommendation as well. I think the Franks in Rockville Center is nicer and has a better menu selection than the one in Jericho.

We had a terrible experience at Franks Steakhouse when we gave them a try. The service was horrible, it took almost 2 hours to get our food. And when it arrived, it wasn't good at all. Maybe it was just a bad night, but I don't recommend them.

Ruth's Chris will always hold a special place for me....that's where we ate the night we got engaged It's really good. Pace's is awesome too but I know you said you wanted Nassau.

Mortons, on Northern Boulevard (I think its in Great Neck). I dont eat steak, but theirs is so delicious.

I'd say Jimmy Hay's in Island Park. Pricey but OH MY GOD, the food is incredible, and the staff is sooooooooo acommedating!
