I emailed Phyllis on Monday and never heard back from her...usually I get a response within the hour- and defnitely never more than 24 hrs. So I called today and they tried to brush me off whenI said I was calling to see if my dress was in. The girl said 'When it comes in you will get a call' So I said, 'I realize that but my ship date was June 29th....thats 3 weeks, my wedding is 5 weeks away- I have no bridal dress and no BM dresses!'
So she double checked and it still isn't in. She said not to get nervous- there's still time...
Um, no theres not! What id its the wrong dress or doesn't fit!!!
Is it time to start looking for a back up?

Im so sorry i could only imagine what you are going through right now. Hopefully itll be here by next week and if its not i would be calling Phyllis everyday in order to figure out exactly where your dress is and when itll arrive. Aslong as its here by next week everything will be okay and shell just need to make your dress a priority in alterations, besides imo shes obligated too considering the situation.

stay on top of her, call every 3 days, and let her know you are not happy.
I went through this with her with my 3 bm dresses, and both my mom's and fmil's dress...

oh gosh i called tooo, about a week ago , and told the dress wasnt in yet . then they told me it was in when i called.which is today. yesi went through bridal elegance. ii might call them back and ask them will be shipped from the warehouse. What type of dress is it? when did you order the gown? i ordered mine in feb and call today (it in)

PLEASE stay on top of her....this happened to me & it was 8 days before my wedding.....my bm's did not get their dresses....she tends to get a bit overwhelmed....demand a tracking number...

I ordered my Maggie Sottero Gown on February 2 and my BMs Bill Levkoff in April. Mine was supposed to ship June 29 and the BMs July 5th.
