Stocking poll-what color?

Stocking poll-what color?

What color stockings do you wear under your dress--nude or white?

Also, do the thighhighs without the garter belts stay up?
The garter straps make me feel like a marionette.

If I do stockings at all they'll be nude b/c I am going to have open toe sandals.

I couldn't vote because my dress was ivory and I wore an ivory colored stocking.

Not wearing stockings ... but I would think nudie color - I hate the way white stockings look.

me too, Im not a big fan of white stockings. IMO, leave them for the nurses!!

White- I'm black, nude isn't nude on me.

And I'm hooking them up to my corset for a real sexy bride look.

I feel the same way about garters , Tourist! I just cannot wear them, I've tried and I just know I'd be uncomfortable on my wedding day in that. I do think that the thigh highs w/o the garter work, tho..

I acutally don't think that I'm wearing hose at all (if I get open toed shoes esp.) but if I do I'm wearing nude ..

I wore thigh hi's without the garter and they stayed up ALL DAY and NIGHT!!

nsgraham--I am so pale, that nude isn't really nude on me either.
It looks more like suntan in can in most brands.

Do the thigh highs not come in as many colors as regular stockings?

I am thinking white, so they match my corset. I know no one will see, but I feel calmer when I match.

I guess only a tiny bit of foot will show anyway, so its ok if its sheer white.

Franksbride-I'm happy to hear yours stayed up. I think I will try them out before hand.
Regular pantyhose seem so unsexy.

I'm thinking of just putting on a super mosturizing (sp?) lotion, cause I don't want to wear stockings.

when I don't wear stockings, I like to use jergens shimmer lotion.
not too shimmery, but its like very sheer foundation for your legs.

i was thinking of more of an oatmeal/buff color.... not quite as light as ivory/white but lighter than nude.
