Stolen from 08: Let's vote early for the President

I just thought it would be interesting to see who would win if just our LIW brides voted....No drama please! You can vote anonymously or if you wish write a little about why you would vote for that person without putting down the other candidate to educate some of us that don't keep up with the election.

I personally plan to vote for Obama. I was a strong Hillary supporter and I'm disapointed she didn't make it

JMO..NOT STARTING FIGHTS LADIES..I LOVE YOU ALL

i hear the word change a lot but its just a word... sure i want to save this country. sure i want to feed the starving and heal the sick and take care of the old but lets wake up to reality. Obama is stuck in the 60's and imo has no concept of reality. if you have studied and read about his policies..
what do you think he is gonna do? do you think welfare for everyone is going to help us? do you think you are going to get tax cuts? sure..tax cuts for the poor....if you make less than $50,000 then maybe it will be good for you but I'd say if your a married couple able to afford a home on LI you and your Fh make more than that or at least aspire to so how will Obam help you? mandatory health care for all children? In a perfect world...i pray for that..but it aint happening! Not when people multiply for the tax break and birth control is a joke..yep.I'll just keep busting my arse at my job so I can pay for free health care for your 20 kids! sorry..you must think I am heartless...i am not..i am just a middle class girl with a college education who busted her *** to get a good job and education to be able to live the american dream. the american dream which is to bust my arse to get a good paying job to be able to afford the children that I want to have!

IMHO, i agree with your criticism of obama.

that said, the middle class isn't going to see anymore economic bliss under mccain than they would under obama. while bleeding heart liberals like obama want to give the money to the poor, republicans like to cut programs to make room in the budget to provide tax breaks to big business, blow things up and send soldiers to the slaughter in the name of corporate profits--trickle down reaganomics, right? Mccain's positions on the war, nuclear power, off-shore drilling, and foreign policy in general are a bit terrifying. not to mention that fact that when the senate decided to pass a bill allowing mass dragnet surveillance of international communication without justification--a direct violation of the bill of rights--mccain didn't show up for work.

obama voted yes

i just think mccain is the scarier of the two.
