My company doesn't give them, which surprised me the first year I worked there. I'm used to it now, and have found that most people I know don't get one. We get a lot of perks throughout the year (not that it costs the company anything, but still) including free Broadway tickets, tickets to the Tony Awards, press events, theatre swag and stuff like that. We also have a huge swanky holiday party each year, and my boss does give me something from herself. No 'official' bonus though.

we didnt get a raise or a bonus this year.... and we never got a holiday bonus... so not expecting anything even though this year is the year i can use it the most

We dont get bonuses but we get raises so i guess its something

We get an annul bonus, but it's not around the holidays. So, I dont count on it. And since my bonus is based on financials of the company

My agency didn't give me a bonus last year, but I was only around for about a month. I have no idea if we'll get anything this year though, as they didn't give out raises due to budget cuts.
Whatever, it's better than my insult of a bonus at my last job.........they mailed each of a 5 POUND HERSHEY BAR!

Mine doesn't and as far as I know it never has.
Yearly raises stopped around July. In leu of this each staff member got an extra $1000 check. Luckily I got my yearly raise in June AND the check. But no.. no bonus for meee.

It's not a holiday bonus so much as a yearly bonus... i dont' believe we're officially getting them this year. no bonuses or raises across the board because of the economy. with a few exceptions...

My last job used to give a nice bonus which was wonderful and the only job I ever had to do so. However, that wonderful job laid me off right before the holidays last year. My new job does not do bonus which really blows because I could really use it!
