Yes, we have broken up. Tonight we even called off the wedding! We had a wicked fight and it all stems from his psychotic mother. No, really, she had mental problems and is on meds and everything. I seriously thought it was truly over but we worked things out. Thank God! PS- I hate her!

No'weve never broken up. I've said twice 'Its over', but only when I was mad at him'. Nic sorry about your stress.

Well yes we have... When i first came home from college I didn't know where I was going, or what I wanted to do. We were not ready to commit fully to eachother, but the year break up was the best thing for us. We communicated through letters and e-mail, and realized that we couldn't live w/o eachother.

Yes we have been together a little over 9 years and we broke up early last year. Let me just tell you that was the best thing that has happened to us. We got back together and a year later we are engaged. We are closer then ever before. I can honestly say that I love him more and I am happier now..

We broke up after three months of dating, for about 8 months and have been together ever since (5 yrs, 9mths)

Nope.

We've been together since I was 16, made it through almost 3 years of only seeing each other once a month and on school breaks (college), and it made it so much stronger.

We have. We have been together since I was 17 so around 19 we broke up for three months and then last year we broke up for one month but the last time made us realize that we always want to be with eachother so he proposed 6 months later.

We broke up for a couple of months before we became serious. We were 'just friends' and got into a fight and decided to end everything. But we got back together a few months later and then it was for good.

Yup, we were together for 3.5 years, broke up for 1 and have been back together for almost 3. We were each other's first 'real' relationship. I think we needed that time to see what else was out there. We both dated other people, but doing that only helped us to realize how much we loved eachother and that we're meant to be together.

I wouldn't have it any other way.

We have been dating since i literally just turned 15. We broke up only once for about 3 months when we were about 18. But everything has been going strong since then.

No we never broke up. We've had some nasty fights but we've never ended our relationship. Once when we were much younger we had a really bad argument, he did some stupid things, and I told him it's over and wouldn't talk to him for a couple of days. But I wasn't really serious, I knew we'd make up. That's the closest we've come to breaking up.

we broke up for like 3 months. we actually got back together on new years this year. we totally needed it. it made us both realize that we need each other.

We have for 2 years, been together for 7. The first year was the worst because I just could not get over him: By the second yaer he wanted me back but I was seeing someone else and I was not getting back on the roller coaster ride with him. As fate would have it some how we rragined our friendship and now we are engaged.
