Considering my dress is strapless and I dont want to be showing tan lines in my dress does anyone have any suggestions? I am fairly busty on top (D) and cant find any strapless bathing suit tops that dont make me look awkward. I am a total beach bum and am petrified of lines. Any ideas or online stores where I can find good tops???
LOL...I'm wearing a halter, but I am getting a spray tan. I'm petrified about getting lines so I'll be sitting in the AC all summer!!!!!!!!! Oh how I'll miss the beach....... I know it sounds crazy but I've seen some pics and the lines look horrible.

lol thats funny. I am afriad of spray tan...I dont want it rubbing off on my dress....now that would be horrible

I plan on taking my straps down while i tan- as well as fake-n-bake. Just did the mystic tan tonight and not sure if I liked it- I got a headache from inhaling the fumes and holding my breath too long, thought I was going to pass out!!

i love tan lines! lol i knwo its tacky..but i loooooove showing the diff..and i love sunburning.. when i go on vacation, i dont feel like i get my $$ worth unless i get sun poisoning lmao

As much as I love going to the beach in the summer, I think I am going to try to avoid it (I'll be busy enough on the weekends doing wedding stuff anyway!). It's not necessarily the tan lines that I worry about, b/c I'm flat enough to wear a strapless top, but I burn very quickly and it gets baaaad and it takes forever to get my skin looking healthy again. So I am just going to stick to self tanners and get an airbrush tan for the big day.

BEWARE that tan lines can take up to 8 weeks to get rid of!!!
I plan on beaching once or twice and tanning bed for the rest of the time!!! (Will pull straps down!)

I worry about this too! It will have to a bandeau top whether it looks good or not when I go to the beach!

Try Blum's in Patchogue....perhaps they have strapless ones...they sell bathing suits in large bust sizes. Good luck!

the bathing suit designer malia mills makes something called the 'boob tube' which fits girls I think up to a D. might be expensive, but it usually comes in lots of colors so you can try to match it with bottoms you already have. They have a store in soho and one on the UWS.
