SO having never worn a strapless anything before...i get this brilliant idea to get a strapless wedding (because I fell in love with it). So to get used to the feeling I just chose a strapless engagement dress.
SO the reason I don't wear strapless is because I don't feel it flatters my body. I have what I think are very noticable rolls under my arms.
SO I asked my FH to take a pic in the dress and it came out awful and now I am freaking out that I made a huge mistake. I am putting pics of what I am talking about in my album....please respond and tell me if I should rethink strapless, or advice to help.
Clothes should flatter you, and I'm not sure I made good choices.

I think the dress is beautiful. I think you could have it altered to add straps if that is what you would be more comfortable with.

Honestly, you look gorgeous in your dress and I don't see what you are talking about because I don't even see anything hanging over your dress...you are just having the wedding jitters, trust me you look amazing!!!!

I think you look beautiful and the dress is very flattering. I agree that if you want straps, you can always have it altered to add them on.

you look beautiful in your wedding? dress pics.. in your engagement? party dress your dress seems a bit lower than usual and the tan lines accent what everyone has unless you work out religiously... so pull up the black and white one more and don't sweat about the wedding dress at all!!!

You look amazing in your wedding dress!! Don't worry at any rolls, you don't have any!!
Your engagement dress needs to be brought up a little, maybe take it for alterations, but you still look amazing with it!!!!

I personally don't see anything your talking about in your wedding dress! It looks beautiful. I see what your criticizing in the party dress, but it's a different cut than your gown. If it continues to be on your mind, could you have them make lace cap sleeves that match the material of your wedding gown?

I agree with all the comments - I think your tan lines and the cut of your party dress don't flatter you nearly as much as your wedding gown which you look AWESOME in!!!! So beautiful, don't change a thing!!!

if you feel self conscious, you can consider getting a shrug/jacket. then take some pics with it on and some wth it off. once you feel comfortable (pop the champage and relax) take the jacket off and party!! :)

but seriously...if you are self consious, just get a little lace shrug made. i know there are some vendors on etsy.com that will do it for a reasonable rate. GL!

I don't even know why we are having this conversation. I checked out your album and honestly you look fabulous in your wedding dress. Your engagement dress is fine as well just bring it up a bit. Their is nothing wrong at all.

You look beautiful. But if you are not happy, trust me everything will seem off. You still have time you can have them make you straps or a little cover up.
